Terms and Conditions for Vegas 3D Printing

Welcome to Vegas 3D Printing. By choosing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms: No work will begin on any project until payment is made in full. This policy applies to all services offered by Vegas 3D Printing, including but not limited to 3D printing, design, and consultation services. 

2. Functionality and Safety: Vegas 3D Printing is not responsible for the functionality or safety of the items produced. Our services are limited to the production of items based on specifications provided by the client. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that the design and the finished product are suitable and safe for their intended use.

3. Project Deadlines: While we strive to meet the estimated deadlines for projects, Vegas 3D Printing does not guarantee that these deadlines will be met. Circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, material shortages, or labor issues, may result in delays. 

4. Expedited Orders: Expedited service is available but does not guarantee any specific delivery date. The only exception to this is when a specific delivery date is contractually agreed upon in a separate written agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled by the client prior to the commencement of printing. However, any costs incurred by Vegas 3D Printing up to the point of cancellation will be charged to the client.

6. Intellectual Property: Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to the designs they provide for printing. Vegas 3D Printing will not be held responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights arising from printing items from designs provided by clients.

7. Limitation of Liability: Vegas 3D Printing’s liability in relation to any service provided shall be limited to the value of the service provided. Under no circumstances will Vegas 3D Printing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Amendments to Terms: Vegas 3D Printing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

By using the services of Vegas 3D Printing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
